We have lots of people calling my wife’s phone asking if it is Circle K store. It is definitely Not. We have contacted Circle K several times but they don't seem to be doing anything about it. Several calls a day and also nights. What is the best route to get their attention? Can I approach a small claims court or anything like that which I can do it on my own without really hiring an attorney for harassment?

Is it illegal for my neighbor to take pictures of my backyard by extending a camera over his fence to report my ducks to the HOA, given that the ducks are registered as emotional support animals?
