Someone has sent a subpoena to Gmail requesting all of my Gmail activity, IP address, and copies of sent emails. I am not involved in the civil case and have no dealings with the plaintiff or defendant. What information can Gmail provide and why would they do it? I have told them I don't want the information released, but they said I would need to file a motion to quash with the court.
