I purchased a set of tires from a local tire retailer 11 months ago. The tires had a 40,000 mile warranty and now have 11,000 miles on them. Two tires have worn mostly out. The dealer said the previous owner went out of business with 6 stores about 5 months ago and they purchased 5 of the stores.
