Storage unit stolen. Person 1 rented unit for person 2 (no ID) for household items (basically everything they owned). Several months later person 1 empties entire unit, person 2 was never informed. Both parties are listed on paperwork. The unit was paid and current. Storage unit is aware of situation, police report has not been submitted due to outstanding warrants on persons involved. More than 30 days have passed and action needs to be taken ASAP. There are many other details to situation, I need help with next step to begin the legal process. I have tried to locate person 1 and handle this matter on our own, unable to locate. What should be the next step?

I have a friend in Tennessee who claims she wrote the lyrics to the popular Gospel song 'Put Your Hand In The Hand'. I've been asking her about the inspiration behind the song, the year she wrote it, and if she has the original copy. She mentioned that a fire destroyed her belongings, including some of her songs and poetry, and that the song was stolen after she sang it over the phone for a songwriters' magazine. She also mentioned that she wrote the song in 1945 as a tribute to her brother who died in the Korean War. Is there any way to verify her claim or understand the legal implications of her situation?

My brother was arrested and filled out a statement at the police department. When he went to court, they showed him a typed statement that was different from his written one and he didn't sign it. He was not represented by an attorney, and after being released from jail, he was arrested again for a hold from Florida. What does 'extradition' mean?
