The California Teacher's Credentialing Office seized my Special Education Teaching credential while the case was being litigated in court. I could not defend myself at the CTC's hearing because I did not want to incriminate myself. The CTC ruled on me despite knowing about the ongoing Federal court litigation. The information used against me was based on a letter from an unreliable non-witness. I tried to defend myself as a Pro Se but was overwhelmed by the court system. I have been denied my right to a Fair Hearing and my Due Process Rights have been ignored. I have not been able to work as a Special Education Teacher since 2006. Is there a way to request a hearing where I can present evidence to exonerate myself? What are my options?
