The IRS executed a search and seizure warrant on my house last month, confiscating all computers and records related to my business and unrelated data. They also seized money from several bank accounts, causing extreme financial hardship. Additionally, they took customer records, preventing me from servicing my customers and leaving me open to litigation. Despite their promise to return the property within 10 days, 30 days have passed with no return of any property. Is there anything I can do?

I am 32 years old and my insurance company will not cover the cost of my cataract surgery or the cost of each lens for both my right and left eyes. I was informed I needed stronger lenses because of my young age and a different type of lens is used for older people because their life expectancy is shorter than mine. If I am expected to live another 50 years and the insurance company will not help to cover a procedure that is NOT elective (I am currently blind in one eye) how can this be legal? Is there a way for me to argue my case against the insurance company? Can I file for a discrimination act? I am paying the entire procedure out of pocket and it's 7,000.00!

My 13-year-old daughter was charged with wanton endangerment in the first degree, terroristic threatening in the third degree, and criminal gang recruitment. She is not affiliated with a gang and the only thing she did was hit a lady with her fist. She was with other children during the incident, who are all sticking to the same story. There is a surveillance tape, but none of us defendants have been allowed to view it. She spent 5 days in juvenile detention and 30 days on home incarceration. We went to court, and they wanted her to plead guilty to wanton endangerment, which would be a felony until she is 18. She did not plead guilty, and we have to go back to court. I need advice on understanding this wanton endangerment charge.
