Alisha B. asked
The slope of the lawn and sprinkler design of my neighbor has resulted in water saturation and damage to our adobe wall separating our property. One of the sprinklers sprays water up the side of the wall, causing it to run down and saturate the soil at the base, leading to water running into the drain pipes on my side. The elevation of their property is higher, and there is no drain pipe at the base of the wall on their side. The ground is saturated, causing water to migrate under the wall and into our drain. Damage is visible on my side of the wall. How should I proceed?
