How do I stop someone defaming me online? Would a restraining order make them stop talking about me online or a defamation suit?

I am a sub-contracted cleaner for 5-7 Federal buildings and have been performing tasks not initially agreed upon, including cleaning out trash cans with liquid tobacco spit for 3.5 years, including one full year during the pandemic. I wish to terminate my contract while seeking compensation. What steps should I take, and what compensation might I be entitled to?

I was smoking weed in Michigan before I found out I was pregnant, and I stopped and moved to Texas. I informed my doctor, and all tests for my daughter and me came back negative. CPS was called and is trying to continue drug testing me. What are my rights during an investigation?
