I served some papers for a Pro Se litigant who won his case in California. He has sent me a Judgment from a California Superior Court, the Minutes from an Appeal (Trial De Novo), the Court Clerk's Certification of Mailing, and a copy of the Plaintiff's Claim and Order from small claims court. He asked me to file these documents at the Denton County Courthouse in Texas. Is this something that can be done in Texas, and what is the process for filing out-of-state judgments?
