Under contract with a pool builder, there have been many delays and they can't provide a completion timeline. I signed the contract in August 2021, and the project is about 50% complete with many issues still needing correction. They are now asking for a third payment and stating they do not give exact dates for completion. The completion timeframe was not outlined in the contract. Do I have any leverage?

What do I have to do to get my dog back, considering I paid $950 for the dog, have all vet records, and the dog was very well trained and did shows with me for 7 years, but my daughter is refusing to return the dog and has even had a chip put in the dog with her name and address?

If there is a line of questioning in a separate case, the questions are not specific to any case but expert testimony on a topic/subject, if that topic/subject is in Person A's case, can Person A use that video in his/her own case? Specifically, if the expert testimony is on PTSD or the psychological impact of false accusations, can the expert's testimony in the video be used in Person A’s case as evidence or to corroborate psychological and emotional impacts Person A experienced?
