Under IEP law, my child must receive an evaluation each year by the attending school. My child currently attends a private school and has yet to receive that reevaluation. She had a terrible year with her previous teacher and failed both Math and Social Studies. I had numerous parent-teacher conferences, but the year-end conference was with the teacher and principal. They are retaining her next year. What are my options?

I need a lawyer for a seller broker dispute. I am in Minnesota and have a signed contract with a realtor who listed a commission rate of 2.7%, but we discussed a rate of 4.9%. The realtor did not respond to my email pointing out the discrepancy and now wants me to initial a change. What are my options?

I ordered something from a TV commercial and would like to refuse it to avoid paying shipping to send it back. How do I go about doing that, and what if I'm not home when they deliver it?

I received a message stating there is suspicious activity on my account, limiting my purchasing. I need to know if this is real and what the suspicious activity is. Additionally, I was directed here by PayPal and need to know how to contact them directly for assistance.

A tenant voluntarily moved out on December 10th and was allowed to store his tools and construction materials in a storage shed and carport on the property until January 31. I plan to warn him that after February 1st, I will sell his remaining items at a 'Public Sale' and/or take everything to the dump. I can't find a CA Civil Code section that describes such a Public Sale and how to advertise and conduct one, or even clarifies what '$300.00 in value' means (individually or cumulatively). What steps should I take to handle this situation legally?

I downloaded an app called AnchorUSD to buy $250 worth of Dogecoin Cryptocurrency. However, the app mistakenly made me purchase $25,000 worth of Dogecoin. I sold it immediately for $24,150, but the app is trying to withdraw the remaining $25,000 from my bank account. I've placed a hold on my account and frozen my credit bureaus. I'm afraid they will demand payment or send it to collections. How should I approach them if they reach out for money, protect myself from potential identity theft, and handle any collection issues that may arise?
