My son is in a domestic dispute with someone he isn't married to. They just had a baby, and she tried to get him arrested during a fight, which he wasn't doing. His apartment manager told him to change the locks. She is coming 'home' today with the baby. Can she enter? What can he do? The situation is in Colorado, and she previously had a restraining order against him that they both chose to ignore, and the court allowed them to work together. Her name isn't on the lease, but she does live there with him.

Can I file an appeal even though the district court has not yet entered an order? I believe the district court is delaying, and possibly withholding ruling on my case, to prevent me from filing an appeal. I am in California, and I have filed several motions. This is an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court below. The District Court ruled that I am a vexatious litigant, after the other parties filed a motion to that effect.

I am disabled and had a stroke on May 28, 1916, from a car accident. I lost 3/4 of my sight in my left eye, have numbness on my head and neck, and a contusion to the right side of my brain. I live in California and was previously working in dairy work. The case was dismissed, but it was reported when I applied for Social Security. I've also had disk replacements at C4 and C5, and have been in six car accidents in the last five years. What do I need to know or do?
