We are a F&B tenant at Thomson Plaza in Singapore. A noisy arcade opened next to us 2 years ago, causing unbearable noise levels and leading to customers shunning our outlet. The landlord, Mercatus, promised to address the issue but has not taken any action despite our complaints. Our business has suffered as a result. Is there any way we can claim compensation for our business losses?
