We are a group of five professional finance managers at a new car dealership in Houston, TX. The boss hired her brother to work with us in the same department, and since then, everything has changed for the worse. All best deals go to him, and there are unfair rotations of deals. We have tried talking to the boss about it, but she retaliates. We also spoke to the general manager, who told us if we don't like it, we can find another job. Both the boss and her brother are good friends with the general manager. What are our options?
