No further notices were received until a Notice of Unsatisfied Judgment from the insurance company was sent years later. The minor, now 19, is unable to drive and faces a $5800 restitution demand. Should the father be held responsible, and how can the suspension be lifted?

I received a 'JUDGMENT AND MINUTE ORDER ON SMALL CLAIMS APPEAL' stating that the defendant will deposit $500.00 in 2001 and $500.00 in 2002 into a bank account for the minor, Sydney Carlson, with both parties as trustees.
