We are facing foreclosure on our home in WV. I am 67 years old, totally and permanently disabled, and currently in TN due to my health and the location of the VA Hospital. My wife is also 67 and takes care of me. Our home has lost over 50% of its value compared to the mortgage we owe. Does the mortgage holder have the right to attach my disability, my pension, and my wife's pension when we go into foreclosure?
