We are in the eviction process in Ohio, have won our case, and paid for a writ of restitution. However, the judge made an error on the form, specifying a lock-out instead of a set-out. The bailiff cannot proceed due to this error. We need to know what motion to file to correct this and are almost out of money. We have two kids and cannot afford a lawyer. What type of motion should we file to get the paperwork corrected?

I am a tenant in South Carolina dealing with unreasonable and rude neighbors since November of last year. We have reported these issues to management with no success, and the situation has escalated to criminal behavior, including intimidation on camera. The police response has been negligible, and management is now threatening emergency eviction against the offenders. I want to know my rights and how to handle this situation without putting myself in a worse position.

I moved to Arizona from Washington in July 2030 and my lease is not renewable after June 30th of this year. I'm 74 years old, on a fixed income, and have a dog, a cat, and a doctor's letter for emotional support. How can I resolve this issue if I have trouble finding an affordable place to live?
