We are selling a piece of land in Vermont that was inherited 25+ years ago. I need to budget for capital gains taxes but do not know what to budget. The land is currently in land use, could be used as residential, and is a wooded lot over 100 acres. The selling price is $200,000. The owner's only income is SSI, and he is a partial owner in an LLC and INC, neither of which generally shows much profit. Based on his 2020 Individual 1040, his taxable income is $12,300. What should I plan for federal and Vermont state capital gains taxes?

Amazon order ###-##-#### tracking *****************89051 says HP81ACf281A Toner was delivered but I did not receive it. The order was shipped by USPS, and the post office says it was placed near my house at 12.50 Sunday, but I was at home and did not see anyone enter my driveway. Additionally, I want to return the Toner because it was ordered by mistake and would not work on my home computer. I have a hearing disability, making it very hard for me to communicate on the phone.

I had pictures taken of my daughter and nephew. The photographer is refusing to give us access to the photos because I will no longer sign a release form for her to post my child’s pictures over social media. She didn’t want us to sign one until we asked her when we’d get pictures after over a month of not seeing them or getting a response. Today is 2 months since we had them taken. I’ve already sent a demand letter. She made a joke of it on Facebook and is making status’ about my sister and I. What are my next steps? She told me she will not even speak about giving me pictures until I take down my review of her business and apologize to her.

If I go to small claims court to seek a refund of my security deposit, and I lose and the court orders more money to be paid, would this affect my credit record if the judgment was found against me as the plaintiff?

I have a court appearance for violation 39:3-66 in New Jersey. The police officer issued me a ticket for a broken left back light that I had taped to prevent glass from falling off. Is it possible to be issued a ticket for this, and what are my options for dealing with the ticket?

I am single and live alone. I am getting a message saying too many people are using my plan, and I need to upgrade. I am the only person who has ever used my plan. What should I do?
