I’m a resident in a Newburgh, NY condo, and we are being assessed $1,600 for damaged or worn roads, curbs, and storm drains caused by contractors over the last twenty years. The management company allowed snow plow contractors to destroy curbs and drains with no claw back or insurance claims. What parts of this assessment can be contested, and what legal steps should I take?

If my ex signed a satisfaction of support judgement for arrears on child support, would it be listed on the circuit court case? It was ordered that she sign off $5,500 in 2020 and I recently paid off all of my arrears, including the $5,500 that was supposed to be removed. I can't see that she ever turned in the document.
