We have learned of a structural issue with our building and need the tenants to move out so we can repair the problem. The property is in Missouri. All tenants were up for a new lease in April, but we did not sign any leases because we were looking into the problem. I've downloaded the necessary forms but am unsure how to fill them out or where to submit them. I've also tried contacting my previous attorney without success.

I have lived at a hotel for a year and 4 months. The new management wants us out, and they returned my son's epilepsy medication, which led to him being hospitalized. I filed a lawsuit against the hotel, and now their attorney is filing a motion to dismiss. I don't know how to handle this or who to contact for help. What steps should I take?
