We own a small landscape company and a customer in Oregon is threatening legal action, claiming the mulch/soil wasn't spread thick enough. The customer was home and approved the job, but now disputes the thickness. We have a signed contract. What are our legal options and how can we address this issue?

If a deal has been reached in court and charges have been amended to lesser charges, can the district attorney amend them back up if the defendant drops the original lawyer and switches to a public defender due to financial constraints?

Hi, the business I work for got a pending trademark cancellation notice in the mail. I’m not a lawyer, but it seems like we paid a bunch of money to get this taken care of last year. Does this look legit to you?

I recently sold my house to a flipper. We closed on 5/16 but there is nothing about when I have to get my stuff out of the house. Memorial Day weekend is the busiest moving weekend of the year and I was not able to get a mover or a truck. He has started putting things on the curb. What are my options?

I recently received a citation 40-6-15 in Georgia for operating a vehicle with suspended, canceled, or revoked registration. I was not aware that my registration had expired or been suspended, and I have current car insurance. What does this citation mean, how serious is it, and what steps should I take to resolve it?
