We received advice about handicap parking in our condo building. We were told we could sue for out-of-pocket expenses and attorney fees. We are unsure about the amount of fees and if we could recover them. Additionally, we are uncertain about where the suit should be brought. What would the fees be if we did not win, and what are the implications of suing for reasonable accommodation in a private building not subject to ADA but subject to HUD and FHA?
