We signed a contract to sell our home. Our closing is now January 2nd. We were told by our realtor that after all fees and such that we would walk away with 8000.00. Now we find out that is more like 2500.00. In my eyes we were falsely talked into this contract and no longer want to sell. Is there any way to get out of this?

Our son was recruited by local police as an informant at 17 years old without our knowledge, and later at 19, drug dealers found out and he was killed. Where is the law that protects juveniles from this, and how does law enforcement get away with not informing parents that their child's life is in danger?

My daughter has had physical custody of my grandson, enrolled him in school in her state, but the father, who lives in another state, has legal custody. The father recently took the child several states away permanently. Can he be charged with kidnapping? Additionally, my daughter has outstanding traffic violations and a warrant. Can she still file for a change of physical custody to get the child back?
