We were scammed by a bank representative who falsely put us through a fake loan. The representative was supposedly based in Bellevue, WA, and we put down a total of $140k as a down payment, which was never recorded. The lender no longer works at the bank, and the financial institution has no record of our down payment. We have reported this to local authorities but need legal assistance to recover our money.
