I have won an appeal for a small claims case that was transferred to the superior court on the appeal. I now have a court date set for a presentation of judgment. Is there a form I can use for this? What is expected of me to do a presentation of judgment? Do I just hand the judge this form that has exactly what he already had typed in the order, or do I read it out loud? Do I put a place for the judge's signature? Do I hand a copy to the defendant? Do I need to specify how I am to be paid? How much of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order Deciding the small claims appeal do I need to copy and type onto the presentation?

I own a summer condo in Missouri that has been up for sale for 9 months. I haven't been there in a year, but I am up on my mortgage and it's not in foreclosure. Recently, the mortgage company put a lock on my door without informing me, which has hindered potential sales. They claim they did this to preserve the property as they believed it was vacant. I have a building manager on site who was unaware of this action. What are my rights and potential damages due to this interference with my property and sale?

What actions am I entitled to under US Common law if the Houston-based company is in breach of contract, specifically regarding late payment of receivables, and what are the time limits and immediate actions that can be taken, such as placing a lien on assets or seeking a judgment?

I was divorced from my ex-husband since 2009. I was notified he wanted to take me back to court to lower his child support. I arrived at the court on that date, but he failed to tell his attorney he received a few hundred thousand. His attorney was set to reschedule on a different date, as she was unaware of his newly acquired money, and I had not heard anything since April of this year. I just received a letter called "Scheduling Order and Notice of Intent to Dismiss", but there is a trial date set for next month. I am currently in the military reserves, and it coincides with my drill weekend (the weekend I have to do for the military service). Will it reflect negatively on me if I reschedule the court date? I wanted to wait until after my fall semester is over because I am in a premedical program at my college and I can not miss one day.
