What are the penalties for not fully disclosing income in regard to child support? My ex is trying to deceive the court by not providing her current income level or her current employer. I have all this information and can verify it to the court. Just curious what the judge might do in regard to her lying.

I am on permanent disability and have private insurance and a separate accident provision policy. My account states the accident policy should not be counted as income because it is used for my medical condition for the rest of my life. My case is an out-of-wedlock paternity case. Do I have to mention this policy as income—a few hundred per month?

My boyfriend had court last Wednesday for receiving stolen property and taking a vehicle without the owner's permission. On the way to court, he was arrested for possession and taken into custody before he could make it to court. Will the judge understand that he couldn't make it to court due to being in custody, and if he goes to court today, will the judge place him back in custody considering the situation?

I was given a 40-year sentence in Indiana, with 10 years suspended, 10 years in the Department of Corrections (DOC), and the rest on probation as part of a plea bargain. Is it illegal in Indiana to sentence more time on probation than suspended time? And if so, what can be done about this?
