I was charged with felony grand theft 3d 14 years ago in Florida. I was put on probation, completed it, and got withheld adjudication by the judge. Can I legally own a firearm?

I was at Walmart last night and a security guy chased me out of the store, accused me of stealing, and made me empty my pockets, even though I had not taken anything. I tried to talk to a manager, but was ignored for two hours before finally speaking with one. The manager said the head of the store manager would contact me today. I was humiliated, especially since the security guard grabbed my arm to stop me. What legal actions can I take against Walmart?
