I need help with a demand letter to my lender regarding a car loan that was charged off without proper notification. The lender sent the repo notice to our old address in Washington, but we moved to Idaho in June 2022 and provided our new address for billing. According to Idaho law, they should have sent us a 'cure for default' letter to our new address, which we did not receive. What should I include in the demand letter, and is it the best route to resolve this issue?

My boyfriend is in Bordeaux. Is there a way I can find out how long he will be incarcerated and how he will get to his court date of May 10, 2023? Additionally, is there a way he can be released on house arrest if he has a longer sentence? I’m taking care of his 85-year-old uncle and I might need to get surgery done on my shoulder, so he is the only one left to take care of his uncle. We live in the USA, just across the border.
