I am Pro Per in a case in California. Fox News did a story on my case, and their legal team verified everything before airing. However, the doctor involved filed a cross complaint. Does a cross complaint put all Discovery on hold? I have spoken with California attorneys who said it does go on hold. Additionally, can Utah lawyers take on a case in California?
