I have a little sister who is 14 years old. She is dating a boy who is 17 years old. My sister had sexual relationships with this boy when he was 16 years old. My mother does not want my sister dating this boy and believes he gives her drugs and forces her to do things she does not want to do. Can they still be together even though my mother does not want them together? Can my mother press charges on him?
