What will happen when I get a littering ticket in Northern Virginia for a cigarette butt for the first time and I have to go to court? Do I have to go to jail for that, or just need to pay a fine? If I have to go to jail, can I choose to do community service in litter abatement activities instead? Should I hire a lawyer for my case?

I was recently pulled over and received a ticket for driving 74 mph in a 60 mph zone. I drive this stretch of highway daily and believe the area where I was pulled over is actually a 65 mph zone. Should they have to drop this ticket?

I got a speeding ticket in Texas with a LIDAR. The case Hall v Texas on 7/30/08 stated that LIDAR is not admissible in court. Is all I have to do at my hearing is present this case law in my defense and the judge should dismiss the case based on non-admissible evidence (LIDAR)?

I need a consumer rights lawyer to litigate with the Ford dealer for wrongful work causing the car's electrical wiring to burn while driving. The car is a 2003 convertible Mustang in mint condition, newly painted, with a history of 5 years of service from Ford. The work done was the repair of battery cables. I was driving the car when it happened, and I am currently renting a car and waiting for legal counsel or representation before proceeding.
