When a District Attorney (DA) files a recusal, does the actual DA also judge the recusal of other DAs, like the ones under him or his senior deputies? Who judges them? Isn't it the DA who disqualifies themselves? What DA actually judges themselves disqualify themselves for a violation?

My son was medically discharged from BMT at Lackland AFB due to H3 Hearing on his right ear, which disqualifies him for his guaranteed job 1D731R (RF Transmission Systems Apprentice). He received a letter from DoD stating he cannot re-enlist in the Air Force. We are unsure why he was discharged instead of being reassigned to a job that fits his hearing level. Can he appeal while in medhold? What options does he have for reenlistment or alternative roles in the military?

If a friend filed a civil harassment case against me in Sacramento, CA, which was dismissed because she never served me and did not show up, how can I request it to be removed from UniCourt so it does not show up on Google searches?

I'm trying to stop the appeal case for my son's adoption by filing a motion of stay, citing that my due process has been violated due to the trial court withholding my records and that there is another appeal case pending regarding it. The judge denied my motion, and I don't understand why. What else can I do to stop the adoption case, and how should I proceed with my appeal?

I am owed $3,000 by someone who has blocked and deleted me. Is it worth taking to small claims court, given that there was a verbal agreement and I have screenshots of transactions but no written contract?
