I work for a manufacturing company and part of my job is purchasing components needed for our product. My husband owns a company that makes some of those components. Is it illegal for me to choose to purchase materials from his business when his estimate is the best priced with the highest quality available?

I used to live in Florida, then moved to Dallas, and now live in Kansas City, MO. I have a Texas driver's license. The car my ex-wife drives is registered in my name, and she failed to pay some tolls. I paid for the traffic tickets, but when she tried to renew the tag, she was told that my license was suspended by Miami-Dade. Where do I go to reinstate my license: Florida, Dallas, or since I now live in Missouri, do I go to the Missouri DMV to get a Missouri license and explain the situation?

When I was in a rehab place, the staff found and showed us a needle and a soda can (possibly containing crack). The staff refused to turn these items over to the police, even though some of them are 'ex' addicts and could have set us up. If these items are considered a felony, why didn't the staff call the police? Do you think the ACLU would care about this situation, and who should I contact for help?
