When our now 21 and 23 year old sons were under 18, my wife had joint bank accounts with each one individually. There was a judgment filed against my wife for an old debt and both of their accounts have a judgment against them. The bank refuses to remove their names from the accounts and it is hurting the boys in opening other accounts and their creditworthiness. How can we force the bank to remove their names from these two accounts?
