When serving (putting it in the US mail) 2 answers (for 2 different defendants) upon a plaintiff's attorney in a civil matter in New York Supreme Court, can they be in the same envelope? Or do they have to be mailed in 2 different envelopes? Thank you.

Can a collection agency in Washington petition a court in Illinois to suspend a driver's license for non-payment of a debt incurred due to driving without insurance? The motorist/debtor rear-ended a vehicle insured by State Farm but was deemed to be at fault and did not have any vehicle insurance.

My dad recently passed away and had arranged for his body to be donated to science care. However, due to lack of a Power of Attorney and disagreements among siblings, I am unable to fulfill his wishes. Can I bury him on my property, and if not, what funeral home can take care of him? Who is legally responsible if I do not find a place to move him?

I received a 'notice of entry of judgment' in the mail for my divorce. Do I need a document signed by the judge to legally prove that I am divorced, perhaps for the purchase of a home or to remarry? I live in Oregon.
