I’m being sued and need to respond to the court, but I don’t have the papers served to me. I am located in San Antonio, Texas, Bexar County, Precinct 3. I don’t know how or what to do, and I’m scared and stressed out due to other legal issues. The lawsuit was unexpected, and I don’t own the debt they are suing me for; they took the car back saying I wasn’t approved after all and let the car be leased in my name still to someone else.
