We live in rural Oklahoma on a dirt road and have noticed a significant decline in UPS delivery service over the past 7 years. Our homes have large numbers visible from the road, but packages are often left in inappropriate locations such as yards, roads, on top of mailboxes, or near our dumpster, risking loss.
