Work done by a landscaper is a complete disaster, and I want to know my rights regarding refusing to pay for the job done. The landscaper wants a chance to fix the problems, but I have no faith in their ability to do so properly. I am in Texas, and I have already asked my credit card company to stop payment on a 50% deposit until a resolution is reached.
