asked

Would a company refusing to provide needed medical services due to a previous outburst by my son, who uses a CPaP and requires a respiratory therapist to properly fit his mask, be considered disability discrimination? The delay in services is causing his apnea to worsen, which in turn affects his behavioral health and increases the risk of further outbursts.
