Would information from a private investigator be admissible in court for a custody case? I am concerned about the safety of my children due to the other parent's suspected drug dealing activities. I am unsure if the private investigator could catch him selling drugs, but they might show a lot of traffic coming in and out of his house. Is this information useful in court, and what are the chances it would be considered by the judge?
