I have a white lump on my tonsil that has been present for three weeks. I am a 40-year-old male and had a sore throat three weeks ago. Could this lump be related to the sore throat, and what could be causing it?

I am experiencing pain in my left neck that radiates to my shoulder blade and lower arm, which is dull and intermittent. The pain started about a week ago and worsens with sitting or driving, but eases when laying down. I am currently taking ibuprofen only when the pain becomes severe. I am 51 years old and have a history of tendonitis in my right shoulder and a disc issue in my neck that resolved without surgery. What could be causing this pain and what steps should I take?

I am a 35-year-old male, 280 pounds, with a history of PVCs, on metoprolol 150mg ER, verapamil 240mg, a baby aspirin, and sertraline 250mg for health anxiety. My recent lab results show an A1C of 6.1 (diagnosed with diabetes in September with an A1C of 7.3), total cholesterol of 244, triglycerides of 363, HDL of 28, LDL of 149, and VLDL of 68. Is this a concerning result, and should I consider medication or try diet and exercise first?
