What is the recommended course of action considering her age and medical stability, including previous falls and potential heart or lung disease?

I was told I had strep in my urine but it's nothing to worry about. I'm currently taking doxycycline for prostatitis and had a UTI before this. I've been dealing with these issues since February and had a bad reaction to an antibiotic in March. I was worried it might be HIV, so I got a 4th-gen test at 4 months, which was non-reactive. I've been told that a 4-month HIV test is conclusive. What should I know about the strep in my urine and the HIV test results?

Can you receive pictures to look at genitals? I just noticed some concerns and I'm 39 years old, using medications, and have anxiety. What could be the issues, and what symptoms would indicate herpes?

I suddenly experienced left chest pain yesterday. It hurts when I move my right arm and when I breathe deeply, but pressing on my chest and deep breathing doesn't hurt. What could this be?
