A few years ago, I tore my rotator cuff on my right shoulder and have since dislocated it. Yesterday, I threw a football and think I hurt it again. I can lift weights, but the throwing motion always causes pain and it constantly pops when moving around. Does this sound like a torn rotator cuff? Does this require surgery or should I just avoid the throwing motion?

In September 2008, I experienced a headache on the left side of my head that persisted despite over-the-counter medication. My blood pressure was elevated at 140/90, and after a deep sleep, I noticed my heart was beating fast and my left face was numb. My heart rate reached 170, and after various tests, including an MRI showing white spots, I was diagnosed with arrhythmia and given medication. Over the years, I experienced various symptoms such as back and leg pain, eye issues, body spasms, and facial numbness, leading to further medical consultations and tests. Despite being cleared by cardiologists and neurologists, I still experience strange symptoms and am concerned about the potential causes, including Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Porphyria. Could these conditions be responsible for my symptoms, and could MS affect my heart rate?

I had a full hysterectomy in June 2013 due to a fibroid. Before the surgery, I had good bowel movements, but for the last month, I've been straining and pushing during bowel movements, almost feeling like I'm giving birth. My diet hasn't changed, and I eat a lot of veggies and high fiber food. Could it be scar tissue?
