After about 5 hours of sleep, I awoke feeling as if my breathing was shallow and a little short of air, which went away immediately upon waking. I'm a healthy 67-year-old man who exercises 1-3 times a week and has regular check-ups. My vitals are perfect, but I had eaten a large heavy meal and had a few glasses of wine. I have GERD, take omeprazole daily, and have anxiety neurosis and panic attacks, for which I take Xanax daily. What do you think is going on?

I have COVID-19 and am on day 6. My congestion has cleared, but I experienced hot flashes, dry mouth, a sore and mildly restricted deep breath, red ears, fatigue, and a red mark on my finger. My blood oxygen is at 98. Is this histamine-related, and how should I manage these symptoms?

I have not felt well since Monday. I feel dizzy, nauseous, tired, and have a slight headache. I am diabetic with blood sugar levels fine for me, and my blood pressure was 145/76. I am taking metformin, atorvastatin, glimepiride, insulin lantus polestar 30 units once a day, and Aleve for the headache. I am 76 years old and have diarrhea frequently, but no fever or chills. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have several concerns: small holes or indentations on my middle and ring fingers, excessive hair loss after showering and brushing, soreness and tenderness on my scalp when hair moves, back and chest pain, and a red spot with a circle around it on my skin. What could these symptoms indicate and should I be worried about serious conditions like sarcoidosis, melanoma, or scalp cancer?

I found a bump around my butt that looks like a pimple. I'm worried it could be an STD. What could it be and what should I do?

I experienced possible exterior anus trauma from accidental anal sex on Friday night, resulting in leakage. I had bleeding the first night, but no discomfort passing stool, no discharge, and no smell. I have no history of constipation and am 46 years old. What could be the issue and how can it be resolved?
