After my first COVID shot (over a year ago), the muscle pain in my upper left arm never really went away and seems to be getting worse. The pain comes and goes, is sharp at times, and stays above the elbow. I am 64 years old, do not take any prescription medications, and have not seen a doctor about this yet. What could be causing this pain and what should I do about it?

I am having constant pain due to migraines, mainly in my head, neck, and shoulders. Typical migraine medicines don't work for me, and I'm allergic to NSAIDs. I'm 58 years old, have fibromyalgia, and take Lyrica for it. I get Botox every 3 months for my migraines but still experience breakthrough pain. I don't want to go to the ER due to COVID. What can I do to manage this pain?

Need help with these medical cases. Case 1 involves high albumin levels and AFP, and Case 2 involves a history of cold followed by symptoms and signs of heart failure. What are the diagnoses and diagnostic evidence for each case, and what are the principles of treatment for the second case?

Iāve had swelling, discoloration (almost like a rash), and slight itching on my eyelids on and off for about a week now. The skin is red, a little dry, raised, and was scaly last week. I donāt have any known allergies and thereās nothing else in my medical history that might be relevant. What could be causing this and how can I treat it?
