After receiving the J&J COVID vaccine on April 7th, I experienced frequent loose watery stools starting 9 days later. This continued for 6-7 weeks, with no improvement regardless of diet. I have since focused on detoxing and gut health, seeing some improvement but still experiencing soft, sometimes watery stools once a day. Stool tests were negative for various infections and conditions. Due to high insurance deductibles, I canceled a gastroenterologist appointment. How can I determine what my gut needs without overdoing pre or probiotics, and is there a risk of taking too many probiotics?

I have noticed petechiae on my eyebrows this morning. They are on both sides, and I threw up last night, likely due to drinking too much. Is there any concern with this?

I had a concussion 3 months ago and now my feet and hands feel numb. Could this be related to my heart, cervical spine, or brain? What tests or treatments should I consider?

I had a colonoscopy screening about 7 years ago that came back clean with the exception of internal hemorrhoids. Over the past few months, I’ve had very small amounts of blood after a bowel movement and once on my underwear. Should I be concerned that this could be cancer?

I was coughing and felt a pop at my right ribs. Now there is pain and soreness when I cough or if I lift my right arm and return back to neutral position. I've had the coughing for about 2 weeks, with phlegm in the morning but less by night. There's no chest or upper back pain unless I move. I'm 38 and using over-the-counter drugs like Buckley's. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the pain before seeing a doctor?
