I just got my blood results back and they show high cholesterol levels (TC 226, HDL 38, LDL 151, TRIG 180). My heart doctor recommended taking 2 fish oil pills a day and 20mg of Crestor daily. I have been experiencing spells of nausea and loose stools every 2-3 weeks, sometimes after eating fish or other foods.
