I was formerly on Testim and Androgel for hormone therapy but they caused blood clots in my legs and lungs. I have been off them for several years. My urologist recently suggested soybean pellet therapy as an alternative. What are the risks of this therapy, and are there any other methods to boost my hormone levels safely?

I have been dealing with symptoms that suggest Crohn's disease for several years, but my MRIs and scopes have shown negative results. I am not taking any Crohn's medications and am on cholesterol meds and Lyrica for leg pain. I also have spinal stenosis treated with steroids and an aortic aneurysm. I experience periods of extreme diarrhea, incontinence, severe abdominal pain and cramps, bloating, severe nausea, and weight loss of over 50 pounds. What additional tests or treatments could help diagnose and manage my condition?

My ankles are continually swollen, and the swelling goes down when I go to bed. I have had this issue for about six months with no recent injuries. I have hypertension and am currently taking Exforge HCT 10mg/320mg/25mg. My heart is good, and I have had a complete blood evaluation recently. What could be causing the swelling, and what should I do about it?

I accidentally took a double dose of lamotrigine (400mg at 12pm and 400mg at 8pm). It's now 11:29 pm and I'm feeling better but tired. Can I sleep? Also, can I take 0.25 mg of Xanax to calm myself?
