Can a small surgery like a varicocelectomy, delay HIV seroconversion and antibodies production, causing this not to be accurate and definitive at 3 months post exposure, especially if the surgery were performed between the exposure and the 3 months mark, and was under general anesthesia?

My husband sweats so much at night that the bed sheets are wet. This has been a concern for about 3 weeks. He is 63 years old and on high blood pressure medication. He has not experienced any recent weight loss, fever, or changes in appetite. There are no known thyroid issues or smoking history. What could be causing this excessive sweating and what should we do?

I hit my head on a shelf about an hour ago. There is a little swelling and pain, but not when I touch it. I'm 24 years old, female, and not on any medications. I'm worried about a concussion or something more serious. I experienced a hard blow, no headache, but some dizziness when I walk, which I'm unsure if it's from the blow or my anxiety. I have a tiny bit of nausea but no blurred vision. What should I do?

I have a lump on my neck that has been the same size, not itchy, and not a different color than my skin. I also have a severe cough that sometimes makes it hard to breathe. I'm 19 years old, not on any medication except Benylin for a cold, and have no other significant medical history. The lump appeared after my cough started. Is the lump related to my cough, and what can I do to manage both conditions?

I had severe pain and swelling after the second gel injection (Boylan G-F 20 (SYNVISC)) into the right knee. This is the fourth time I've had the 3 series of injections every 6 months. Should I cancel my third injection?
