Why does anal sex cause gonorrhea even if the partner is safe?

I had vaginal sex with a sex worker using double condoms, which appeared intact when filled with water. Her vaginal fluid might have touched my scrotal skin and thighs, but the skin looked intact. I immediately washed the condoms with water and soap before removing them and took a complete bath within 30 minutes. There was also a dry kiss. Afterward, I started PEP (Truvada and Isentress) at 17th hour and 61st hour, respectively, and completed the 30-day course. It's been 48 days with no symptoms. What are the chances of HIV transmission and other STDs, and can I have intercourse with my wife without protection?

It’s 5:00 in the morning and my blood pressure went up to 159/93. I have a slightly sharp pain periodically under my right shoulder blade that happened a few times in the past 24 hours. I’m very thirsty, feel slightly lightheaded, and had a little dizziness when turning over in bed. The pain comes and goes, and I take 0.25 mg of Metoprolol. I was dreaming, woke up in a sweat, and my temperature was fine at 96.8. What could be causing these symptoms?

Can I send you a picture of the little white bump on my cheek? It looks like a pimple that won’t pop and has been there for a few months. I’ve been picking at it, causing it to be red and irritated. I’m worried about cancer and haven’t been able to sleep. What could this be, and could you rule out cancer from the photo?

I have been prescribed Trazodone for anxiety and sleep but am worried about taking a new drug. I currently take Lorazepam 0.5-1mg as needed at night, almost every other night lately. I've taken it since 2014 and am concerned about becoming dependent on it. What are the risks and benefits of taking Trazodone versus continuing with Lorazepam, and can they be taken together?
